When you book a hunt at Matetsi Unit 1, your daily rate will include accommodations at the exclusive Mabal’engwe Game Lodge, which is adjacent to the concession.

The Lodge offers eight African styled thatched chalets with hot and cold water, private en-suite bathrooms and electricity. Mosquito netting is supplied in all chalets and 220V facilities are available. You’ll also have use of a private swimming pool, first-class dining and lounging areas, fireplaces and an attentive team of full-time staff. Laundry service is provided daily.

Our chef and camp staff will take care of your every need. Meals are served around the campfire, in the bush or in fireside dining areas. Daily menus are tailored to your personal requirements and you will be served delicious, quality cuisine including dishes prepared with fresh game. We also provide some of the finest African wines and other beverages of your choice.
